ElevenAgents adds native integrations with NiCE, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, and Five9
ElevenLabs announced that its ElevenAgents product now integrates natively with NiCE, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, and Five9. The company also says ElevenAgents can connect to other contact center platforms over SIP.
