Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of timace.io (the "Service"), operated by Timace of Sweden AB, Lollandsgatan 5, 16443, Stockholm, Sweden ("Timace," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Timace is

Timace is a discovery and reference platform for tools, AI models, workflows, and companies used to build online. Content is researched and structured with the help of AI agents, then held to confidence thresholds before publishing; it is provided for informational purposes and, despite our verification process, may still contain errors, be out of date, or omit context relevant to your decision. Don't rely on it as your sole source for a decision with real financial, legal, or security consequences — verify anything important directly with the vendor.

2. Accounts

You can browse Timace without an account. Creating an account (via Google, GitHub, or email and password) lets you save tools, models, workflows, and companies into your own library and organize them into lists. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically reproduce the catalog without our permission,
• attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service,
• use the Service to build a competing product from our compiled data, or
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.

4. Your saved content

Anything you save or organize into a list is private to your account — we don't publish it or share it with other users. You can remove a save, delete a list, or delete your account at any time, which removes this data per our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Timace name, design, and original written content are ours. Company names, product names, and logos referenced in the catalog belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes, not to imply endorsement of Timace by them.

6. Third-party services

The Service links out to, and describes, third-party tools and products we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices — that's between you and them.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Timace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish or EU law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use after a change means you accept it.
