LongCat 2.5 now available on AI Gateway
Vercel announced that Meituan's LongCat 2.5 model is now available on Vercel AI Gateway under the model name meituan/longcat-2.5. The model accepts text and image inputs and has a 1M-token context window, with stated improvements in visual programming, creative design, 3D tasks, and multi-step agent workflows.
Why it matters
Builders using AI Gateway can call LongCat 2.5 through the same unified API as other models, with usage and cost tracking, retries, and failover. AI Gateway states it passes through provider pricing with no markup and no platform fee on inference, including BYOK requests.
