Vercel CLI adds Spend Management
Vercel CLI now includes a vercel budgets command that lets team members view and manage the team's On-Demand Budget, showing current spend and the active budget. A vercel budgets alerts subcommand shows budget alert history, with filters for --since, --until, --limit, and --json, and a bare vercel budgets prints the three most recent alerts.

Why it matters
Teams can check and control spend from scripts, terminals, and agents without using the dashboard. Setting a budget alone does not stop usage; the --pause flag pauses production deployments of all projects when spend reaches 100%.
Who should care
Teams on Vercel Pro or Enterprise Flexible Commitment plans, platform and DevOps engineers, and developers running automated deployments or agents on Vercel.
What you can do
Run vercel budgets to check the active budget and current spend, and decide whether to add --pause to the budget so production deployments stop at 100%.
