Vercel adds AI traffic insights to Observability
Vercel announced AI traffic insights in Vercel Observability, showing how AI bots access a site. The dashboard view (Observability > AI Traffic) reports requests by verified AI bot, most-crawled pages, assistant retrievals, Markdown requests, and error pages; the same metrics can be queried via the Vercel CLI, which requires Observability Plus.
Why it matters
Builders running sites on Vercel can see which AI crawlers and assistants request their pages, which pages they hit, and where those requests fail, which informs decisions about content access and AI discoverability.
