Vercel Drives is now generally available
Vercel announced that Drives, persistent storage mounted as a directory in Vercel Sandbox, is now generally available on Hobby, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Files in a Drive persist after a sandbox stops and can be mounted by later runs or other sandboxes, and Drives can be forked into independent writable copies.

Why it matters
Builders running agents or sandboxed workloads can keep workspaces, file-based memory, datasets, models, dependencies, and build artifacts across runs and share them between sandboxes. Forks let parallel workers start from the same files without affecting the original or each other.
Who should care
Developers building AI agents on Vercel Sandbox, teams running parallel sandboxed jobs, and anyone sharing datasets or build artifacts across sandboxes.
What you can do
Create a Drive in a test project, mount it in a Vercel Sandbox, and confirm files persist after the sandbox stops before using it for agent memory or shared artifacts.
