Vercel Drives reaches general availability for Vercel Sandbox
Vercel announced that Vercel Drives, persistent storage for agent files that is independent of the execution environment, is generally available for Vercel Sandbox on all plans. Drives can be mounted into sandboxes, forked, and shared across sandboxes, with a default size of 1 TiB (1 GiB on Hobby) and up to 16 TiB available.

Why it matters
Builders running agents on multi-step or long-running tasks can keep workspace files across sandbox runs, switch runtimes or compute without copying files, share prepared datasets read-only across agents, and fork drives for parallel experiments without affecting the original.
Who should care
Developers building AI agents, teams running agent workloads on Vercel Sandbox, data and automation builders
What you can do
Create a drive with the Vercel CLI and mount it in a sandbox at /workspace so the next run resumes with the same files.
